The Pharmacy – It’s Been Great
We wanted to thank everyone for all of their hard work, all of their unconditional help, and their endless supply of swagger that made The Pharmacy “a very cool thing with art”. It started out as a concept inspired by wine and daydreams that grew into a real, tangible “thing”. Sure, people asked a lot of questions – which we learned was a good thing. Sure, people touched every sketchy pill bottle that was part of a display NOT TO BE TOUCHED. Intrigue and curiosity are compliments lost on egos. Lessons were learned. Failures were abundant. But all in all, the first pop-up was a success.
I, personally, learned a lot. I was humbled. I was blinded by others generosity as I was befuddled by others indifference.
To say the least, we are very excited about the next “thing”. Stay tuned.
So, come by tonight and celebrate the pyre that will be The Pharmacy. And “pyre” is a metaphor – we are NOT lighting anything on fire. And if you come tonight, Instagram the hell out of it with #tfagallery
